Ah…another convert. Welcome to the dark side. :-) I have come to think of it as employing the user’s narrative in your product design. Beyond the personas, you need to understand the context in which you’ll be serving people. GE.com is one of the best examples (as of this date). It’s so simple yet right for GE’s home page. That level of simplicity takes a lot of thought (or divine inspiration).
